Welcome to our Learning Management System (LMS). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any security breach. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Enrollment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal educational purposes. Some courses may have prerequisites or require instructor approval. Access duration varies by course and is specified at enrollment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses.

Course fees are displayed before purchase. Payment must be completed before access is granted. We offer a 14-day refund policy for courses with less than 20% completion. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified.

All course materials are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content without permission. You retain rights to your submissions but grant us license to use them for educational purposes. User-generated content must comply with our community guidelines.

Users must maintain academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or fraudulent activity will result in account termination. Respectful communication is required in all interactions. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

Live class attendance is encouraged but recorded sessions are available. Course completion requires meeting specified criteria. Certificates are issued upon successful completion. Extensions may be granted at instructor discretion. Course progress is automatically saved.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures. You consent to data processing for service provision. Data may be stored in secure servers. You have rights to access and control your personal data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, access to all courses and materials is revoked. Users may appeal termination within 30 days. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform at any time.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified via email. It's your responsibility to review terms regularly. The 'Last Updated' date indicates the latest revision.
